Angola Motor Speedway is ringing in 2010 with some announcements regarding the 2010 racing season at the bad fast 3/8th mile. Following an incredibly successful Wide Open Tour in 2009, owner of Angola Motor Speedway Dick Poe and race promoter Craig Everage have decided to continue their relationship into the 2010 season with the Everage Motorsports.
Craig will be the track promoter and the Poe Family will operate as the track owners. They will be planning 8-10 programs depending on sponsorship. For sure, you will see the Main Event Racing Series, The Stan Perry Race paying over $10,000 to win, and a Night of Thrills. Other events planned include the Return of School Buses and Trailer Races! Also Angola Motor Speedway is toying around with a King of Green $10,000 to Win Sprint Car Race, maybe a CRA Super Series Race, and maybe more.
Already announced is an expansion of their FWD racing program. Craig Everage and Jonny on the Spot have teamed up to sponsor the 2010 racing season in the Front Wheel Drive class with the "Jonny on the Spot FWD Series". Jonny on the Spot Delivery Service has been a long time supporter of short track racing and Angola Motor Speedway and the Speedway is very happy to have them on board as a series sponsor for the 2010 racing season.
The MARC Times Racing News & Michigan Racing Scene is very happy to be a part of Angola Motor Speedway's 2010 vision and we invite everyone to check out the happenings as the 2010 Everage Motorsports Tour takes off.
