Mid-Michigan Raceway Park in Palo, Mi got the 2010 season underway on Friday Night. As a cold front moved across the state, temperatures dropped and a strong wind kicked up but the racing action was fierce and racing passion kept drivers and fans warm.
The first feature of the night was the "Flinn Stocks", as Charles Peterson of Ionia, MI in his black and red No. 12 took the feature win.
Racing the No. 77b out of Crystal, MI; it was Rob Brillhart taking the Pro Stock feature win. The Pro Stock feature was marred by spectacular roll-over accident by Brent Nevereth, fortunately he wasn't injured, however, the same can not be said about the car.
Michigan Motorsports Hall-of-Famer and Middleton, Mi resident Roger Wing saw his Yellow No. 55w sail away to victory in the Late Model Feature.
